1General Terms & Eligibility

By accessing or using the Nolimit Baji platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. Using any of our services without reading or agreeing to these terms is entirely at your own risk.

Nolimit Baji reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website, along with the date of the latest revision. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with Nolimit Baji, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating or using an account.
• You must register using your real name, date of birth, address, and an active mobile number.
• Each user may operate one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Any account registered using someone else's identity or false information will be immediately terminated.
• Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law are not eligible to register.

Users are responsible for the security of their own accounts. Do not share your password, and always log out after each session. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact our support centre immediately.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on Nolimit Baji are processed securely using encryption. Currently accepted payment methods are Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and DBBL.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: 300 BDT.
• Maximum single deposit: BDT 50,000.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit varies by tier (Silver: ৳20,000, Gold: ৳50,000, Platinum: ৳1,00,000, VIP: Unlimited).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Processing may take longer on bank holidays.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.
• To withdraw from a bonus balance, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Each bonus offer at Nolimit Baji comes with its own specific terms. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the conditions attached to it.

General Bonus Rules:

• The welcome bonus applies to new members on their first deposit only.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn without fulfilling the wagering requirements.
• Once a bonus expires, any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonuses cannot be combined — only one bonus may be active at a time (cashback excluded).
• Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Slots may count at 100%, Live Casino at 20%, and Sports Betting at 50%.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account termination.

To receive a referral bonus, your referred friend must register using your link and make their first deposit. The referral bonus will not apply if the friend does not claim a bonus themselves.

5Betting Rules & Restrictions

The following rules apply to Sports Betting and casino games on Nolimit Baji:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless Nolimit Baji decides to void it under exceptional circumstances.
• Bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error may be declared void.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded.
• Any bet where the outcome was knowable in advance may be subject to investigation.

Live Casino games are played with real dealers. If a game is interrupted due to network issues, the policy of the relevant casino provider will apply.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Nolimit Baji and may result in permanent account termination:

• Abusing bonuses or using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated methods.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Operating an account using another person's identity documents.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Nolimit Baji may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Upon instruction from law enforcement authorities.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any active balance can be withdrawn subject to all applicable conditions being met.
